Alain Karegeya is an entrepreneur currently living in Winnipeg Manitoba with his beautiful wife and family.

Alain Karegeya immigrated to Canada with just a suite case like others new Canadian with a desire to make a difference in his life and help others.

Alain karegeya has a vast variety of skill-sets, including being an Entrepreneur, Real Estate entrepreneur, Project manager.  He holds two Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Electronics, and a project manager.

Alain have been actively involved in Winnipeg area real estate investing for a number of years.

When I started investing in Real Estate I didn’t have money sitting in a bank account that allowed me to buy any property I want.

I had limited funds that meant I had to be very smart about buying properties. I couldn’t take the chance of making a dumb decision and losing the hard-earned money. This mean I not only had to be smart, I had to be creative.

This meant learning new ways to buy, new ways to use as little money as possible and new ways to make sure I protected my family and partners from any huge financial loss.

This meant getting educated!!

One of the first steps I took towards this was taking an intensive Real Estate investing course and once I started learning, the floodgates opened. I’d stamped my ticket and my journey was just getting started.

Alain’s mission is to provide quality housing for new home owner and quality housing to tenants, while at the same time providing an above average return on investment (R.O.I) for my investor partners and ourselves.  It is truly a win-win-win way of investing!
